The City Side Sailors are an informal crowd of sailboat owners, dock hangers, and story tellers on Lake Hefner in Oklahoma City. No dues. No Commodore. No gavel. If it floats, great — if it doesn't, pull up a chair.
No membership applications, waiting lists, or votes. You're a City Side Sailor if you show up, enjoy yourself, and come back.
Sailboat, powerboat, kayak, canoe, homemade contraption, or nothing at all — everyone's welcome on the dock.
There are no leaders. Big calls get made collectively, informally, and probably while someone's holding a beverage.

Bring a side dish, a friend, a story, or just yourself. No agenda, no minutes, no motions. Good conversation is the only order of business.
Nine buoys, one sailboat under sail, and a willingness to look slightly ridiculous in a life jacket for the photo. Do it in order or start over — the Committee always knows.
Monthly potluck, weather permitting.
Beyond that, look for us throughout the week working on boats, helping each other with projects, or deciding last-minute that it's simply too nice not to go sailing.
